Registration

  • Includes a meal package and registration fee for the event.
  • Register all Manufacturer Representatives you intend to have at the Auto Roundup.

    Hotel and meal reservations will be included in the TAWA block if you indicate as such. Each vehicle registration includes one (1) meal package. Additional meal packages will be manually reconciled at the close of event and vehicle registration.

EVENT REGISTRATION

TAWA’s annual Auto Roundup is returning this spring once again to Texas Motor Speedway and, for the first time ever, will expand to two days of driving.

The event will be held May 1-3, 2016. Just as in previous years, members will arrive for a dinner reception Sunday evening. But in addition to our traditional Monday morning and afternoon driving sessions, we’re adding a Tuesday morning session to offer our journalists additional time to evaluate the large number of vehicles that are on hand at this growing event.

Also new this year: There will be NO EMBARGO for the awards announcement. We encourage social media coverage such as live tweeting and Periscoping as soon as the announcements are made. News outlets that want to report the results are encouraged to attend and report from the awards presentation the afternoon of Tuesday, May 3.
