TAWA™ works to access companies and individuals on behalf of its members and promotes public reader, viewer and listener awareness of the automobile industry.
The Texas Auto Writers Association, Inc., was founded in 1987 by automotive journalist who wanted to provide an avenue of professional growth, development, and networking with the automotive industry.
The Texas Auto Writers Association leadership team consists of a nine-member Board of Directors that is elected annually at the Texas Truck Rodeo.
Every fall for more than 35 years TAWA takes a look at the latest vehicles in the ultimate contest for the "Truck of Texas" and "Utility Vehicles of Texas".
